Dr Tamar Ross is one of the world's foremost experts on religious feminist philosophy. Dr Ross is a professor of Jewish philosophy at Bar Ilan university. She is an expert in the writings of Rav Avraham Yitzchak Kook, the Mussar movement, the ideology of the mitnagdim, and Judaism and gender. Dr Ross has written books on subjects such as Jewish ethics and theology, Orthodox Jewish feminism, contemporary issues in traditional Jewish thought and the philosophy of Halacha.
