Nathan Aviezer
Born in Switzerland, but raised in the United States, Nathan Aviezer received his physics doctorate from the University of Chicago and held a research position at the IBM Watson Research Center in New York. In 1967, he and his wife Devora made Aliya. Aviezer has written over 100 articles on solid state physics. In 1984, he was elected as a Fellow of the American Physical Society and a Research Professor of the Royal Society of London. Nathan Aviezer is one of few religious Jewish writers who presents his work in the language of science rather than that of religion. |
